The master branch builds against xul-15. You're not using the master branch, as it DOES NOT build.

That looks like sb-trunk-oldxul or taglib-testing, as both of those are marked 2.2.0.

Master's version is setup to be v15 right now.

You probably choosed the branch which was set as default in github? This is not the master branch. The master branch needs to get built against xulrunner 15, and does not build properly yet.
