The ubuntu 15.10 version was uploaded 4 hours ago. So just try again I guess. Maybe some caching issue.

It's actually a failed build. That's why there's no package. Until we fix things (gcc5 - yay) you can use the version from ppa:nightingaleteam/nightingale-nightly, which is a fairly stable build based on the latest code.
