I installed Nightingale on Mint 17.2 using  GNOME/Unity integration | Linux Tarball (.tar.bz2) | 64-Bit .

Perhaps this download does not suit mint as I encounter many errors. May I have the link to download nightingale for Mint?

As I've already responded in the other thread you replied upon, using the PPA is an alternative way of getting a matching version of Nightingale. It will also update using you system's updating system.
