Nightingale is a media player, not a media recorder. However, there are many applications providing access to SHOUTcast streams, and it is likely that you will find some application supporting what you want. Just enter "SHOUTcast record" or some similar tearms into the search engine of your choice, that should yield you more than enough options - with and without using the command line.

As long as you record to some common format such as mp3 or flac you should be able to use Nightingale to listen to the recorded audio.
