Has anyone tried to port Smarty Pants? I can get it to show the music note icon that lets you create a playlist based on what's currently playing, however I can't get it to appear as an option in the content pane.

Does Nightingale use a different code for their panes than Songbird? I've also tried porting Music Recommendations and Last.fm sidebar, with the same results.
I seem to recall seeing it somewhere, but it may have been an older version.
I was able to get it to work, by changing only the target application.

The add-on failed to show in the display pane when I also changed the "xmlnsConfusedongbird="http://www.songbirdnest.com/2007/addon-metadata-rdf#">" tag and every other songbird tag (in every directory) to nightingale equivalents (except emails).

As I also linked in another thread:

Changing this stuff is no longer required for 1.11.x, see Wiki: Porting Songbird Add-ons.
If anyone is interested, I uploaded the ported Smarty Pants to the add-on wiki - I also added a right-click option to search for a recommended song in mp3skull Smile
